Jamming of channels and/or audio can have several causes and are called buffering. This can have several causes and here you will find tips to see if the problem lies with you or the provider.

Tips:
- Do a speed test! For best quality, you soon need 10-20 mbit/s and a ping under 60ms.
- Use a lan cable wifi can often be unstable and cause speed and ping to vary at peak times. Also reboot the router regularly!
- Buffer time Always check whether you can increase the buffer time. This can often be found in settings.
- Downloading Make sure other devices in the house are not downloading. This can cause an unstable connection.
- Updates Always make sure devices and apps have the right updates. Updates are always made for app improvement and operation.
- Backups We have a number of backups in different quality and speeds for our dutch offering. Always check that these are working properly.
- Changed DNS Adjust the DNS of your network or device. We have good experience with 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare ) or 8.8.8.8. & 8.8.4.4 (Google)

Test yourself:
Other channels Always test other channels to see if the buffer is there too. Is it with all channels? Then check the rest as well.
Other App Test your supplied m3u in other apps. See if the relevant channels keep buffering in other apps as well.
Other network Test via another network, e.g. via your phone's hotspot or 4G network.
